SARC Water and Sanitation team started a project to drag water to Al Ghezlaniya town from two wells on the airport road on Oct 21, 2017.
According to the project’s in charge engineer, the wells have water provision of 200 m3/h that will reach the town through 1800 meters water pipeline, in addition to 4 horizontal pumps, which will be installed to raise the water into two tanks.
This project will provide drinking water for 80,000 beneficiaries in Al Ghezlaniya in cooperation with the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC).
