Sou’ad (50 Y) is making her living by herself today, after years of agonies, she lived due to difficult family circumstances. Receiving a grant from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent to support her small business has been a turning point in her life that helps to restore her self-confidence and self-independence.
“I knew about the grant when I was on one of my visits to the Community Care Center, in which I usually attend awareness sessions and other activities. I applied for the grant, and got it,” she said.
Sou’ad is one of the vulnerable women who received livelihood grants supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross
