SARC – Aleppo manager and ICRC Aleppo Office director visited SARC Al-Safira sub-branch to be informed on the services provided to the most vulnerable. A meeting with Al-Safira sub-branch’s administrate body and volunteers was held to discuss the mechanism of action and the obstacles they face.
