The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) has organized a four day training course “Communication Skills” for media and communication teams on May 7th, 2017.
This course is the first of its kind as it deals with subjects of editing of humanitarian stories, reports, profiles, features, social media news, media interviews of critical humanitarian cases and field communication skills.
35 communication officers and volunteers participated in this training course which aimed to develop their communication competences and upgrade the level of media and communication capacities of SARC.
It is worth to mention that the training course was carried out in cooperation with the British Red Cross.
