Ladies Committee of SARC Homs branch works on supporting poor bashful families with small loans that enable the family dependent to establish a dignified rewarding business. Through the current crisis the committee managed to secure 40 free of interest operational loans that could be paid back through convenient installment process.
On the beginning of winter 2015, the committee secured loans for wool weaving craftswomen. Shifa’, 40 years, who had a loan, said “I could match my dream and buy a wool weaving machine. Now I can afford all university expenses of my daughter. This work became an indispensable part of our life”.
