Hemodialysis centers are of the most health facilities affected with water cessation since hemodialysis sessions need massive amounts of safe water.
In the framework of SARC Aleppo branch activities to alleviate the consequence of long water cessation, SARC – Aleppo’s teams of water and sanitation and health care in collaboration with ICRC have worked to provide safe water to health facilities in eastern parts of Aleppo city. Safe and sterile water was provided to health centers and hemodialysis centers via tankers.
