SARC-Homs livelihood team distributing sheep toAffected families in Al-Hossin

SARC Homs livelihood team have and in cooperation with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies .concluded three day mission of distributing sheep (400 pregnant sheep and fodder) to 200 returning families, who met the criteria, in Al Hossin area. The mission aimed to improve people’s living capacity in the local countryside, revive the life in the affected areas and improve the families’ livelihood in order to be productive people. On a second stage, SARC Homs livelihood team will carry out regular visits to the beneficiaries to check sheep’s health, provide them with experience  on postnatal care. The veterinary  will also visit them regularly to check the sheep and give them suitable vaccine in time.
