On the fourth of August, SARC – Aleppo delivered a new batch of water disinfectant products, which were 20 tons of calcium hypochlorite, to the purification station in Al-Khafsa area to secure pumping of disinfected water to Aleppo city and a large part of its eastern countryside. Disinfectant products were supported by ICRC and were delivered by volunteers of SARC – Aleppo after they had coordinated with all parties on the ground.
The mentioned work is a part of many other activities run by SARC – Aleppo throughout Aleppo governorate to make sure that drinking water is available and reachable for all beneficiaries.
