Treating Diseases and Continuous Health Care for Patients
Internal medicine physicians provide patients with examinations and information about chronic diseases. the clinic is visited by approximately 20 people per day, where many medical procedures are performed, beginning with considering the clinical history of patients, providing physical examinations (such as: checking vital signs and measuring weight), and ending up with diagnosing the disease. Patients with chronic diseases are followed up by specialized physicians. However, some cases are referred to the hospital in order to receive treatment in specialized clinics, if the patient’s health condition requires that.
