Due to the electricity cut off in Al Tall area it was necessary to support Al Shabab collective kitchen in this area with a generator to continue its work, as the kitchen prepares 500 daily meals for 1300 people in the shelter.
SARC Water and Sanitation team in Rural Damascus assessed the situation there and addressed a generator with 11 KVA capacities on 22 August donated by ICRC.
It’s worth to mention that SARC Al Tall sub-branch secures the basic materials periodically for the kitchen in cooperation with Inaash Al Fakir society.
