Dr. Attar, President of SARC Welcomes Dr. Thomas Oertle head of the Middle East and North Africa Division of SDC

Dr. Attar, President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), received Dr. Thomas Oertle, head of the Middle East and North Africa Division of the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC)  on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.

During the meeting, the two parties signed a mutual work agreement. Dr. Attar mentioned the importance of forging closer ties of humanitarian cooperation between the Syrian Arab Red Crescent organization and the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation, which worked in Syria before. “We welcome back the cooperation which will have positive impacts on the work of SARC first aid squads.
