Water and sanitation team in Aleppo branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent have distributed 10 electricity generators with different capacities supported by UNICEF. These generators are for pumping water for boreholes in mosques, which help provide clean water for people residing the areas nearby.
The mission covered 10 mosques in 7 areas. They are: Zainab, Zain Al-Abidin, Jafar Bin Abi Taleb and Al-Radwan Mosques in Al-Hamdaniya, Al-Tawhid Mosque in Al-Sulaimaniya, Oghyor Bek Mosque in Al-Jamiliya, Al-Mallakhana Mosque in Bustan Kol Ab, Al-Nor Association in Al-Martini, Mohamad Al-Mahdi Mosque in Al-Athamiya and Al-Nor Mosque in New Aleppo
