Through a coordination with all parties on the ground, relief teams of SARC-Homs disaster management committee completed delivering 61 trucks through two stages of the relief convoys “food and non food” items and water and habitat supplies to Al-Houla. The first one was on Tuesday 22nd of March and the second one was on Thursday 24th of March.
It is worth mentioning that these relief aids were provided by “ICRC, IFRC, WFP, UNICEF, UNHCR, IOM ,WHO and UNFPA” and more than 14000 families will benefited from them for a month.
During the convoy, one of the food trucks had a road accident and turned over on the road.
