On an emergency response to Yarmouk Basin in Daraa, Syria, SARC teams, among them pharmacists and doctors, accompanied with ambulances and mobile clinics headed to Aabdyn and Maaria towns on Sunday, August 5, 2018, in order to carry out estimations in fields of relief, water & constructions, hygiene promotion, psychosocial support, productive health, first aid, malnutrition.
The response included also a delivery of relief items: drinking water, jerrycans, ready to eat food parcels, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, diapers for adults, high-energy biscuit, supplemented ready to eat food for children and peanut butter.
It is worth mentioning that the provided relief items are supported by WFP, ICRC , and UNICEF.
