Heavy coat, new shoes and wool hats will be put on by children in Rural Damascus, Hama and Rural Hama areas in order to protect them against cold winter. As soon as weather temperature went low, Syrian Arab Red Crescent launched winter clothes distribution campaign targeting children between 3 months and 14 years.
The campaign started at the beginning of this week and included jackets, shoes, pajamas, hats, neck mufflers, gloves, socks and underwear provided by UNICEF.
It is worth mentioning that SARC will continue the distribution process that will cover all Syrian governorates and reach all children in need.
