Talking to children about their positive and negative feelings is a way to help them vent out and express their emotions, especially when they are filled with sorrow, happiness, joy, anger and fear.
On the basis of this concept, the Counseling Center for Psychosocial Support (SARC, the Danish project) held an activity titled “Emotions Cup”. Children expressed their feeling through “Emotions Cup” by making flowers and writing down the way they feel about their beloved families and friends as well as the places the love to play in and the subjects they like to learn.
