Mr. Conrad Sophie, the Canadian Red Cross President, and his delegation visited SARC-Homs branch on Monday 7th of March.
First, they met Dr. Motaz Al Atassi, Head of the board of directors, and the members. Second, they checked the sections of SARC-Homs hospital, and then they had a field tour in Homs Old City to check SARC-Homs’ services, provided to the returned families.
Finally, they visited the charitable exhibition “Lamat Khair” that displayed the hand-made and woolen pieces of clothes, sewed by 25 skilled women.
They also stressed the importance of cooperation between SARC-Homs and the Canadian Red Cross to help the most vulnerable people.
