On August 15th, Mr. Stephen O’Brien, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs / Emergency Relief Coordinator, Mr. Kevin Kennedy, Regional Humanitarian Coordinator for the Syria Crisis, Mr. Emmanuel Bargues, Special Assistant to the Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Ms. Elin Asgeirsdottir, Humanitarian Affairs Officer, Coordination and Response Division / Middle East and North Africa, accompanied by Mr. Talal Al-Barazi, the Governor of Homs and Mr. Baher Al- Kayal, SARC Homs Deputy Chairman Board of Directors, visited Homs Old City and checked SARC-Homs services provided to returning families.
In the end, they visited one of the family who benefited from SARC-Homs support.
