Job purpose
In line with the vision, strategy and objectives of the organization; Carrying out the cash projects and reporting processes of the Team Presidency to which it is affiliated within the scope of the humanitarian aid operation being carried out in our country and within the Syrian territory under the coordination of the Damascus team presidency |
Job duties and responsibilities
· Conducting research and development studies in the field of activity
· Conducting research to identify external variables that may affect the performance of the program, conducting analyses taking into account the identified variables and reporting the improvements that need to be made in the program, · Development, preparation, monitoring and reporting of projects in the field of activity · Embracing and guiding different aspects of CVA design and implementation · Collaborate with PNS and NS and coordinate with teams to collect and analyse data on CVA and ensure that findings are fed into the overall humanitarian response · Ensuring that implementation follows the operational work plan, delivery mechanisms are properly set up and targeting and distribution mechanisms are assessed in accordance with the agreed CVA guidelines, procedures and SOP. · Coordinating and leading field work to ensure quality programming of the M&E framework and appropriate monitoring systems that accurately track targeted population, payment and settlement · Ensuring document and information management in order to provide institutional memory. |
