The Syrian Arab Red Crescent held its General Assembly Meeting on Sat, Dec 20th, 2014.

SARC’s General Assembly is composed of the branches’ management board members who 75% of them attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the following points:

–       Ratification of the administrative reports of 2011, 2012, 2013.

–       Ratification of the final budgets of 2011, 2012, 2013.

–       Briefed on The auditor’s report.

–       Appointing an auditor for 2014.

–       Discharge of the member of the organization’s assembly of their liabilities for 2011, 2012, 2013.

It is worth mentioning that SARC’s General Assembly hasn’t held its annual meeting through the past three years due to the current crisis in the country.
