Securing safe water is SARC – Aleppo’s first priority. The maintenance work on Ain Al-Bayda station has been completed. Ain Al-Bayda is one of the main water stations to pump water from Al-Khafsa area which goes through many stations before reaching Aleppo city and its countryside. Maintenance work involved transferring and installing a 1250-KVA generator, which brought the station back to service to pump safe water to Aleppo city and Al-Bab area.
This work was conducted by SARC – Aleppo water and sanitation in collaboration with ICRC.
