Um Hasan, a displaced person and a mother to four children, described their misery situation “we escaped with nothing  but our wretched clothes. We are in dire need for mattresses, blankets, and food.” Said Um Hasan.

Mr. Abdulkarim al-Shiehawi, head surrogate of SARC’s sub-branch, said that the sub-branch have already provided various relief items, including mattresses, blankets, food parcels, and kitchen kits to 185 IDP families. “we have opened new temporary sheltering center in “Rawdat Al-Amal” where medical and psychological support is provided to 14 families . The number is still rising.” He said

It is worth mentioning that SARC’s Hama branch has exerted all possible efforts to support the most affected and fragile segments of the society. It has delivered various services in fields of relief, health, psychological support, first aid, water, sanitation and hygiene promoting with beneficiaries of 500000 persons per month.
