Under the motto “Our Principles, Our Move”, The Mediterranean Conference of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies was held in San Marino Republic. The conference, which brought 26 national societies together, took place on May 25th 2015. The Syrian Arab Red Crescent delegation and under the presidency of Dr. Abdul Rahman Attar, President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, attended the conference. During the conference Dr. Attar was elected as the Deputy Head of the Conference, which involved discussions on the future lines of cooperation among the Mediterranean platform of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies.
On the other hand Mr. Louay AlHaddad, SARC’s Head of Foreign Relations , introduced a presentation in which he shed light to SARC’s activities and services and exerted efforts in the humanitarian field.
