On Thursday 25th May, ophthalmic surgery ward was opened in SARC Homs Hospital. Dr. Motaz Al Atassi, the Hospital Medical Manager, said that the operation room is equipped with the most modern equipment for eye surgery according to international standards. He also stressed that all ophthalmic surgery doctors are welcomed to use the ward and conduct eye surgeries.
It is worth mentioning that the hospital was opened in the beginning of 2015 and new specializations will be opened in the near future.
