Teams of field intervention, health care and water and sanitation in SARC – Aleppo have delivered four power generators to SARC warehouse in Jisr Al-Haj through the Humanitarian Corridor after coordinating with all parties on the ground.
Delivered generators were supported by ICRC to be delivered to the operating dispensaries in Aleppo city and western countryside and to Aleppo’s Water Establishment.
SARC – Aleppo’s water and sanitation team has also delivered and installed a 200 KVA generator, supported by ICRC, to Kafarnaha in western Aleppo countryside.
This falls within the general response of SARC to provide safe water with an aim to alleviate the suffering of the affected and to keep them healthy.
