Peer support team in Aleppo branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent keeps holding sessions and activities for different operating SARC – Aleppo teams. These activities help reduce the pressure volunteers feel while carrying out their duty. They also help them manage stress and thank them for their great efforts.
