When “Abed Al-razzaq Al-Ebeid” left Bab Tadmour neighborhood in Homs old city, he couldn’t carry any of his profession set tools as he works in house painting and varnishing. Nevertheless, he could get a new one by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) through the livelihood program, which is supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
