Director of the Middle East and North Africa zone for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societiesو Mr. Elias Ghanem visited the Syrian Arab Red Crescent on Sep 16th 2015, and met with Dr. Abdulrahman Attar, President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC). The meeting included a presentation on the services and activities provided by SARC. Then they arranged preparations to the expected meetings of the Red Cross Red Crecent Societies. The visit included also a field tour to Disaster Management Unite, First Aid Squads Center and Clinics in order to cast an eye to the humanitarian aid provided by SARC to all needy people. On his turn, Mr. Ghanem appreciated the exerted efforts by SARC and admired the remarkable developments.
