Syrian Arab Red Crescent – HQ in cooperation with its branches in Aleppo and Raqqa delivered the second humanitarian aid convoy to the southern rural areas of Raqqa on Saturday, December 2017.
The convoy (38 trucks) consisted of 7000 food parcels, 7000 hygiene kits, 7000 kitchen kits, plastic sheets, 10000 mattresses and 15000 blankets.
These items are provided by International Committee of the Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and are estimated to meet needs of about 35000 people there.
