Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross’ delegation in Syria, Mrs. Marianne Gasser, has started a field trip to Aleppo. First she met with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent – Aleppo branch’s board and management members. They primarily discussed the humanitarian situation in different areas of Aleppo and how to effectively respond to it in northern Aleppo countryside. They also talked about SARC – ICRC joint projects that cover relief, water and sanitation and health care sectors.
