Job purpose
To ensure the effective and efficient project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The Admin and Training Coordinator will provide admin support and training preparation to the livelihood unit in HQ.
Job duties and responsibilities
ü Prepare and manage payments for volunteers and beneficiaries when necessary, according to SARC procedures. As well as, keep updated the database of the active volunteers in the Governorates. ü Logistical and administrative support to planning and conduction of trainings, meetings, regional visits, field trips etc., including hotel bookings, faxes to branches, travel arrangements, material procurement etc. ü Follow up logistics and administrative duties related to the delivery of the livelihoods program , such as purchase requests, logistical arrangements for field visits and trainings and provide monthly reports on these duties ü Follow up and keep updated the contract for the different services rented in the Governorates (mainly, cars, offices, warehouses, telephone number, etc) ü Written translation of weekly reports from Branches, monthly reports to SARC, training reports, statistical documents, memos and any other relevant documents as well as verbal translation during field visits, trainings etc. when required. ü Writing translation of the Livelihoods Proposals submitted by the branches.
ü Support the Livelihoods Field Officer in translation, preparation of memos, and communication to the branches, volunteers, INGOs, etc. · Map out annual training plans with the Field coordinators and Livelihoods Coordinators in the branches. · Logistical and administrative support to Field Coordinators and Livelihoods Coordinators in the branches on planning, preparing the training budget. · Maintain Livelihood Manager updated about the training requirement. · Follow up logistics and administrative duties related to training and provide monthly reports on these duties. · In coordination with Livelihoods coordinators in the branches and Field Coordinators organise and prepare all logistics and select the team in charge of training (coordinator, admin, etc). · Received, revise and organize all the documentation related to training. ·

2. Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross and Red Crescent principles.
3. Perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
Position Requirements
Education and Training Required Preferred
· University Degree four years minimum (Bachelor’s degree) X
Experience Required Preferred
· Knowledge of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent
Movement is preferred. X
Knowledge and Skills Required Preferred
· Ability to work with a team and under pressure. X
· Filing of documents, maintenance of database and creation of
reports according to Livelihoods Coordinator. X
· Understanding – and ideally prior experience – of livelihoods
concepts and programming. X
· Strong presentation skills and capacity to deliver appropriate and
relevant trainings to beneficiaries. X
Languages and IT Skills Required Preferred
· Very Good In English and Arabic. X
· Strong level of computer skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.) and
ideally an understanding of data and database management. X
· Ability to provide Arabic-English translation and interpretation services as requested. X
