Job Purpose:
HR personnel manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
He / She should ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and develop company policies, serving as the bridge between management and employees to ensure operational efficiency.
Main duties and responsibilities:
§ Checking of the new employees’ documents to ensure they have non-criminal record, unemployed Document, and possess the required certificates.
§ Ensuring completion of correct documentation and approvals.
§ Assist in recruitment processes as requested.
§ Maintain an organized filing system for all HR and administrative documents, including personnel records and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies. § Ensure proper archiving of all HR-related documents, including contracts, salary scales.
§ Follow up on approvals for recruitment letters and documents with concerned parties. § Prepare and process payroll monthly, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, leave balances, and benefits. § Calculate and submit social security fees monthly and conduct wages taxation calculations on a quarterly basis. § Ensure the lawful compliance of the organization with the country & employment laws and regulations.
§ Analyze and report on changes in Syrian labor laws and provide monthly updates to the HR Manager and management on relevant legislative and procedural developments.
§ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as required and related to the nature of work.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor degree preferably in (Business Administration, HR or related field).
· At least 3 years working experience in personnel domain.
· Preferably 1 year in the humanitarian sector.
· At least 1 year experience and practice in social security and income taxes
· Very Good written and spoken Arabic, English,
· Very Good Computer Skills in MS office, word and Excel.
· Proactive and dynamic attitude.
· Interpersonal skills and intercultural approach.
· Effective communication skills to deal with various levels of management and employees.
