Job purpose
In line with the vision, strategy and objectives of the organization; Carrying out the financial and logistics processes of the Team Presidency to which it is affiliated within the scope of the humanitarian aid operation being carried out in our country and within the Syrian territory under the coordination of the Damascus team presidency.
Job duties and responsibilities
· Conducting research and development studies in the field of activity · Development, preparation, monitoring and reporting of projects in the field of activity In line with the trainings received on OHS and employer instructions; · Not jeopardize the health and safety of other workers affected by his/her actions or work, · Using the machines, devices, tools, equipment, hazardous substances, transportation equipment, means of production in the workplace in accordance with the rules, using their safety equipment correctly, not removing and changing them arbitrarily, and notifying in case of a serious/imminent danger in terms of safety and when there is a deficiency in protection measures, · Correct use and protection of personal protective equipment/equipment provided to him/her, · Immediately notify the employer or the employee representative when he/she encounters a serious and imminent danger to health and safety in machinery, devices, tools, equipment, facilities and buildings in the workplace and when he/she sees a deficiency in protection measures, · Cooperate with the employer and employee representative to ensure occupational health and
safety in his/her area of duty.

Position Requirements
Education and Training Required Preferred
· University graduate (Economics, Business Administration,
Econometrics, and Finance). ×
· At least 2 years of experience in the field of Finance & Logistics. ×
Experience Required Preferred
· Fulfilment of the duties assigned in the disaster response activities
carried out by the Association ×
· Providing process management, coordination and reporting in
areas such as inventory management, warehouse, transfer, etc.
within the scope of logistics sector ×
· Following the legal regulations that it is obliged to comply with
within its field of activity and working to update the practices ×
· Accounting and reporting of transactions such as invoices,
delivery notes and payments received from related units ×
· Carrying out the financial affairs, procurement and human
resources processes under the leadership of the team to which
he/she is affiliated in accordance with internal and external
legislation ×
· Creation of allowance lists and payroll tables ×
· Necessary official correspondence with institutions/organizations
and follow-up ×
· Follow-up of contracts and payments made with companies ×
· Ensuring internal/external reconciliations ×
· Monthly car and house rent payments ×
· Ensuring the follow-up and preservation of valuable documents ×
· Realization and recording of purchasing transactions ×
· Following the legislation, adapting the developments to the
processes/legislation of the organization and updating the
processes ×
Knowledge and Skills Required Preferred
· Monitoring of cash and bank accounts ×
· System registration and tracking of fixtures ×
