However, the 12-years-old boy looks happy today as he managed to walk thanks to physiotherapy sessions, he received at the physical rehabilitation center in Al-Hol Hospital, which is run by the SARC and ICRC.

Comprehensive physical treatment

In the hospital, Madian received physiotherapy sessions and needed treatments, as well as mobility aids (wheelchair and elbow crutches). Today, he can stand on his feet and walk again.

Madian is an example of many conditions received by the physiotherapy center that has provided 1300 physical therapy, as well as physical rehabilitation services since the beginning of 2020.
