Right to health, education and play are among the prime rights to children that Mohamed has been deprived of due to paralysis in his lower parts. The five-year-old child had to stay at home most of his time feeling loneliness and distress that were deeply heartbreaking to his mother, who felt for his long-suffering and insisted to support her child.

His mother knew from her neighbors that the Syrian Arab Red Crescent could help, so she headed to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in Daraa, to start meeting his needs immediately. The beginning was by directing his mother to obtain a people with disabilities card so that she could get the relief aid that her little boy deserves.

After that, the follow-up phase of his health status began, so the volunteers referred him to the pediatrician, who noticed his weight loss compared to his peers, and he obtained nutritional supplements to help him recover. As for the difficulty of moving outside the home, it has become a thing of the past, after receiving a wheelchair, which made it easier for him to move with his mother to visit relatives or even to go shopping.
