On 20 January 2019, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent entered a relief aid convoy to a three new areas in the eastern rural of Daraa. The convoy consisted of 34 trucks carrying 7,000 food parcels and the same number as flour bags.
The aid which supported by WFP will be distributed to beneficiary families in the three areas as follows: ( Naseeb 2000 parcels, algeza 3500 parcels, ghasem 1,500 parcels).
Thus, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Daraa has provided humanitarian aid to 33,230 families in 14 areas in the framework of the new distribution cycle launched on 28 December 2018.
