In the early morning on Monday 13/1/2014, the phone rang announcing a new mission to SARC’s first aiders. The mission was to transport a pregnant woman in delivery situation to the hospital amongst the harsh snowy storm that blocked the streets. The team immediately rushed into the car, arrived their destination and got the woman carefully into the car. However, the baby was in a greater hurry than the team, and was delivered in car. The first aider tears ran over their smiling faces for carrying out a first of its kind mission. Eventually, the mother and her baby were transported to the hospital and they are in good health.
