For the first time Eid Al-Fitr joy knocks children’s door in Baba Amr area by SARC Homs volunteers, who carried various activities that draw smile to the children’s faces. SARC teams concluded the activities of the summer club in Hassan Ibn Thabit School with recreational directed activity. About 400 children from different age groups participated in the Open-Day on the third day of Al Eid. All the activities had an implicit didactic messages about issues of hand washing, teeth brushing, lice, healthy food, and personal hygiene. At the end of the recreational day, children prepared fruit salad and had it together .
It is worth mentioning that this club is held by hygiene promotion team and supported by UNICEF.
