The Head of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent/ branch Hama, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rahhal, met the Director of the Humanitarian Access Section at the Office of the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Syria, Mr. Usayed Al-Maruni, and discussed ways to deliver humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable groups whose needs are increasing in light of the difficult economic conditions. The two parties also discussed the most prominent issues that support the early recovery phase, such as restoring damaged infrastructure, delivering clean water, intervening in new areas, and improving livelihoods.
