In the framework of the plan of building volunteers’ capacities, SARC – Aleppo supported by the British Red Cross concluded a course on principles of disaster response and readiness. Twenty-two volunteers from different operating teams participated in the course. They were educated and trained on several important topics, such as the international standards of disaster management, danger analysis, water and sanitation, food security and health in emergencies in addition to many other related topics.
