An exceptional training dedicated to the coordination of SARC’s efforts


Syrian Arab Red Crescent held a training workshop under the title “Mobile based Data Collection Workshop using ODK” on 25- 28/11/2018. The first of its kind workshop was conducted by SARC’s Information Management Department and attended by many departments of SARC (central operation, medical services, water and construction, livelihood, information technologies, humanitarian support project, psychosocial support, planning-monitoring-evaluation and learning.) Humanitarian aid convoy to the people in Deir Ezzour


The #Syrian_Arab_Red_Crescent dispatched a #humanitarian_aid #convoy (52 trucks), loaded with relief items provided by the #IFRC and #DRK, to the people in #Deir_Ezzour city. The convoy, which delivered today, Nov 27, 2017, carried 50.000 blankets, 15.000 mattresses and 5.000 children winter clothes kits.

ICRC Regional Director for Near and Middle East visits SARC


Eng. Khaled Hboubati, President of SARC, welcomed Mr. Fabrizio Carboni, the ICRC Regional Director for Near and Middle East, at SARC Headquarters in Damascus on Wednesday, 21Nov, 2018. They held a meeting and discussed different topics related to the areas of joint works and collaboration between the two organizations.
