SARC discussed ways of collaboration with French Red Cross Eng. Khaled Hboubati, President of Syrian Arab Red Crescent visited the French Red Cross on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. During the visit, he discussed ways of collaboration and partnership with FRC, and to the huge humanitarian work and the tremendous efforts exerted by SARC volunteers all over Syria.
