 Mr. Khaled Hboubati, President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, received Mr. Mark Lowcock, UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator and accompanied delegation in SARC -HQ in Damascus. Mr. Hboubati confirmed the importance of more cooperation between SARC and UN amid the increase of humanitarian needs n Syria. “During the years of crisis, we endeavor to reach everyone with impartiality, but given our work in the field, we noticed that the needs still increase day by day as the circumstances improve in the country.
